Kelleys Island Shoal - Western Basin
Yellow perch are being taken in 44 to 46 feet of water east of the Kelleys Island Shoal Can. The fish being taken are averaging 3 to 3.5 per pound. Spreaders tip with minnows are working the best one or two cranks off the bottom. Limits are common.
