Fishing in the Nature coast is great. The redfish are scatterd from Aripeka to Bayport look for the reds around the mangrove shore line and around any structre rocks, oysters, and around spratina grass.Use live green backs with there tail cut off or cut pin fish,or mullet should do the trick, the reds are ranging from 22"and above the slot. The Trout bite is awesome right now fish are hitting any thing you throw at them this past saturday i had a trip John from spring hill was tearing up the trout on a top water lure. The trout are ranging from 17-24" fish shallow 1-4 feet of water use a top water such as a rapala skitter walk or a banana boat from yo-zuri and once the sun gets high switch to a suspending bait.Snook are feeding good to i have been getting most of my snook early in the morning on top waters or live bait like greens or pins.As the tide gets lower and lower start looking for tailing reds on the flats or in the back country. As the days get shorter and the cold fronts start to move in the fishing is gonna be crazy the reds will tear up the top water all day long and limiting out on trout will be easy to do so look forward to the cool days and hot fishing action in the nature coast.

GOOD LUCK AND TIGHT LINES.
