Went to Indiana to fish a tournament , the first couple days of practice bass where hard to find holding out on the break edges in 6 to 8 feet of water and they had to be fished for slow ,,yo-yoing a Steelshad gained me a couple when I could get the catfish and drum (8 to 10 lb) to leave it alone.
We managed to put our game together the next few days and caught a few nice river bass to weigh in.
