Yellow Perch fishing is Excellent (10/13/2007)
[Lake Erie,OH] Fished last Sunday for Yellow Perch, NE of Kelly's Island Shoal, with excellent results. Some really nice jumbos perch in the 10-12 inch range were caught.

Lake Erie Smallmouth Bass - Erie Quest Charters (9/13/2007)
[Lake Erie,OH] For the past two weeks, I have been making the run to the Canadian waters of Lake Erie, often times not even seeing another boat, and fishing remote shoals and rock piles for trophy Bronzebacks. We have been rewarded with a number of 70+ fish days. Most of the Smallies are 3 pound average, but there are many 4 pounders, a few 5 pounders and the occassional 6 or 7 pounder.
