Catching a sailfish and a big hammerhead shark while the rest called out for some guy called RALF!!

August 11th, 2013

Today we started our day fishing with Brain and his son Brain, Dan, Edward, Paul and Zachary from Pittsburg, Chicago, and Arizona.

Now I will say that while we did have a banner day of deep sea fishing off the coast of Fort Lauderdale some of our anglers had a fishing trip of a life time while others well lets just say had a fishing trip they will always remember. (LOL)

Ok here what happen? While Brain Junior did manage to catch a big sailfish along with a big hammerhead shark that Paul caught the rest of the anglers were on some kind of a weight loss program because they were all busy looking over the side of the boat calling out for some guy called RALF!!!

Yep I think some of the guys must have had a large night the night before and they just were not feeling so good.

Guy's thanks again it was a blast and a lot of laughs hope all are feeling better.

As we got back to the dock we had one of our regular customers/friends Zack and his mom Dana along with Matt out for a few hours of Deep-sea fishing off the coast of Fort Lauderdale.

While fishing was not as red hot as it was in the morning we did manage to catch a few bonitos on the reef.

Lots of bonitos and a few kings off the coast of Fort Lauderdale

August 5th, 2013

Today we trolled the reef off the coast of Fort Lauderdale with Jack, Sean and Samantha out of New York, and Jordan, Daniel and Rick out of New Jersey.

While fishing was still on the slow side today we did manage to land a bunch of bonitos and a few kingfish. As we got back to the dock we had our afternoon party ready and eager to give their luck a shot at some deep-sea fishing off the coast of Fort Lauderdale.

We had Debbie, Jeff, John and Debbie from Bonito Spring Florida.

Once again we went right to trolling on the reef and once again we caught a bunch of bonitos and 5 nice kingfish.

Once again I've got to apologize that we did not get any pictures for our camera is on our other boat in the Bahamas.

Slow day of fishing today

August 4th, 2013

Today we fished with Mike and his son Mike out of Orlando Florida along with Jay and Lucas from New York.

As much as I would love to say that it was a great day of fishing today was just not a red-hot day. Fishing was slow today and while we did manage to catch a few kings and bonitos that was all we managed to put in the box today.

Thanks again to all of our anglers today and we are looking forward to making this slow day of fishing up to you guys soon with a red-hot day of catching.

Bonito, Kings and sailfish off the coast of Fort Lauderdale

August 3rd, 2013

Today we had a ball fishing with Reggie, Matt, Zack, Peter and Dean all from parts unknown.

Once again we started out trolling the reef and catching a few kingfish and bonitos.

Than all of a sudden we got lucky and hooked into a big sailfish. After a good 15 min back and forth battle we got this big sailfish to the boat.

Thanks again to our anglers today and once again our camera was on the Hooked Up 2 witch is in the Bahamas so please e-mail us any pictures you guys might have.

Fishing Fort Lauderdale aboard Hooked Up

August 2nd, 2013

Today we fished with Jordan, Jim, David and Daniel all from North Carolina.

We started out trolling the reef with 2-planner board running 45 to 50 feet deep along with 3 baits skipping across the surface.

We ended up with a few kingfish along with a few bonitos.

Ok skunk was out of the box so in came the trolling gear and out went the shark baits.

Than all of a sudden BAM deep shark rod bent over and we were Hooked Up.

15 min later up popped this 6-foot bull shark.

Guys we never did get any photos so if you could please e-mail us a picture we would love to post it.
