Excellent to fair catches of Walleye and Perch are being taken On Lake Erie

North of Kelleys Island around D Can & Niagara Reef
This last week we have experienced excellent to fair catches of Walleye and Perch. The weather, as always during this time of year, has been a factor. When the conditions are right the fishing has been good.
Walleye - Gull Island Shoal North of Kelleys has been productive with many very nice catches. The areas West of Mouse Island, D Can, and Niagara Reef have also been productive.
Perch - Reports of good size Perch are being taken off the Airport East of kelleys Island.
We should be experiencing better catches as the lake continues to warm up and the fish begin to move and school up.
It is not to late to plan a trip to the our area for a great day of fishing.
