Yesterday I fished with a couple gentlemen who new how to have fun a would rag each other at the drop of a dime. My sides hurt by the end of the day from the laughing and the bone jarring hits on the a -rig. We caught fish from 8 to 12 feet of water and and the only other bait we had any bites on was a jig. We didn't catch a ton of fish but I believe we boated 13 and 10 were over 5 lbs with the biggest around 7 1/2. We probably had another 10 hit the rig and just never get it.

Today things were a little tougher and the 25 mile an hour winds made it really hard to fish the areas I wanted to fish. We still managed to catch a few good ones but it was nothing like yesterday. Some of my main areas had really stained up from all the wind.

We have warm weather coming in towards the end of the week and the winds are going to die down and things will get right back normal and I can't wait.

I still have some days open if anyone wants to go this weekend or next week.

Good luck out there
