Shell Beach, Louisiana - Saltwater Fishing Report
Biloxi Marsh
Good day on the Beach today. My guests for the day were Chris Anderson and Mike Zari. We started out with a stop by Campo’s for bait then hit the Biloxi Marsh. We started out in Stump with Campo’s live shrimp under a cork. We got lots of action but too many throw backs to weed through. We made a couple more moves and caught Trout at both, but once the small Trout would take over we would move. We were over halfway to our limits when we hit our next spot and it was on. Good Trout and fast till our limits were done. We made a couple stops to look for Reds, but only found one and some Heads to add to the box. Total for the day was 75 Trout, 1 Red, and 6 Sheepshead. Chris and Mike had a great time and it was a pretty day to be on the water.
Blackie Campo’s Marina, the legend continues. Come on down for some of their friendly fast service and valuable advise. The fishing in Shell Beach is outstanding.
