This Week should start breaking up all ice On the Illinois river systems. All The melting snow, and Ice will cause run off and Raise the water levels in the Illinois River Systems. Last week a slight melt down proved positive with success on the Chicago River fishing for Large Mouth with an 18" caught and all the fish being caught on Artificials. the Melt Down caused all the a lot and snow to melt most all of it, Raising our water levels and the Large Mouth came shallower and Were Aggressively feeding on shad in 43 Degree Water. We expect the same thing happening within the next week. So get your poles ready and Lets see your wonderful fish !!
