Bass fishing on Lake Okeechobee is very good we are averaging 35 to 50 fish per trip. We have been using primarily live wild golden shiners that come right from the lake. There is no other bait that bass react to like a live wild golden shiner! A large bass can not stand to have a wild shiner in it's face, it will acttack it,and suck it in giving you a chance to catch it. We have been catching bass from 2 to 6 pounds daily, with bigger bass in the 7 to 9 pound range coming more and more frequently as the season progresses. To let your eyes see for yourself you can check out our website and visit our blog to see the great fish that are coming from Lake Okeechobee's North End.
