With the 2011 fishing season now over for another season it has turned out to be one of the best in years for returning salmon. From opening day on the 15th of April till closing day on the 15th of Oct fishermen had good luck most days with a lot of 30 + lb salmon landed this season. In april and May much of the fishing is done by fishing from a boat with a guide using streamer flies and sinking lines the rest of the season much of the fishing is done by wading using floating lines with both wet and dry fly .
