I have ran about 6 trips in the last 10 days with some good numbers of fish. Ran 2 trips for redfish tailing in the grass on high tide, managed to boat 2 one day and 4 the next on copperhead fly ( all fish 8-15 pounds). Had a few trips where we just fished artificials and boated an average of 30 trout and 10 reds per trip mostly on DOA shrimp and spooks. Fished 2 trips with live shrimp and caught 50 plus fish each trip with : reds, trout , and ladyfish. Also went 1 for 4 with the tarpon fishing the inlet with huge live mullet, boated an 80 pound fish and jumped off 3 others that were in the 100 pound range. With the Fall approaching the inshore fishing has been heating up.
