Talk about beating the sun and staying cool, our reef trips are exactly doing that. With the offshore action on the slow side we are keeping our customers happy with evening reef trips. Talk about HOT. The reef bite at night has been Red HOT. We are staying cool and continue to catch plenty of nice size Yellowtail Snapper raniging from 2 to 6 lbs. This past weekend was no different. We left the dock at 5:30 PM and started our return at 11:00 PM. Our customers where delighted with a another excellent catch of Yellowtail Snapper. We did not manage any Mangroves although the bite is happening.
Offshore it continues to be Hit or Miss most of the Mahi-Mahi are on the small side.
