March and April are always the best months for Steelhead and big Bull trout fishing on the Squamish river and it's tributaries. The last 2 trips have produced good results for Steelhead fresh in from the ocean(3 miles away). These are great rivers for fly fishing, usually lots of backcasting room and long runs with classic tailout structure. Non fly fishing methods work very well too! There are 5 rivers to fish in this area and very little angling pressure, lots of wildlife and eagles too. Don't miss out on this truly great fishery, mid March to late April is primetime. Call Brian at 604-864-5445 to book your day. We also fish the Fraser river valley for salmon and sturgeon.
