Payments & Terms:  Payment is due within 3 days of purchase.  I accept PayPal payments or cash upon pickup for local sales.  If paying with E-checks through PayPal, please keep in mind that those take 3-4 business days to clear through PayPal and into my account.  I CANNOT ship items until the payment clears into my account.  (Sorry, but many new ebayers do not realize they are paying with E-checks or how they work.)

Payments are due within 3 days of auction end, unless further arrangements have been made with me.  I feel this is fair because Ebay does give sellers the option to require immediate payment, but I do not do so.  Plus, where else can you make a purchase and hold off payment for three days online or in stores?  When wanting to consolidate items for shipping, payment can be delayed AS LONG AS there are other open bids on my items.  Then payment is due net 3 days after last auction ends if won. 

Shipping:  I normally ship the first business day after payment has been cleared, and sometimes even on the same day!  (My packages are picked up by USPS, daily, first thing in the mornings, so it depends on when the payment comes in.)  I try to offer two shipping options on all auctions when possible.  Sometimes it is not possible because of the size or weight of the package.  However, do not be afraid to ask!  I can also take items out of packages or their boxes to reduce the weight and size and possibly ship a cheaper method.    

International Shipping:  Sorry, I no longer ship internationally!

Guarantee:  I do offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you feel that the auction grossly misrepresented the item.  (Buyer must contact me first and ship back within 7 days, in the same condition for a full refund.)  I am an honest person who aims for positive feedback.  I try to be as descriptive as possible when listing my items.  Ask if you have any unanswered questions or concerns before bidding.  If you are unhappy in any way, please contact me first before leaving a negative feedback and I will try to resolve any issues that you may have.

Feedback:  A positive feedback is Very important to me!  I work hard on my Ebay listings, shipping ASAP & customer service.  If you have any issues or concerns, please be fair and contact me first before leaving feedback.  I reciprocate and leave positive feedbacks once they are left for me.  I feel when a feedback is left for me, that completes the transaction with the customer.  Please be fair and understand the detailed rating of feedback:

I try to be as accurate as possible when listing my items for sale.  However, please feel free to ask any questions because I am human and I might have overlooked something you'd like to know.

I feel I am a great communicator and I will answer any questions.  I send out invoices, messages and shipping confirmations when your item(s) ship.

I schedule daily USPS pickups and my packages are picked up in the early mornings.  Therefore, items are usually shipped out the morning after payment is made or even the same day if payment is received before my pickup is made.  When rating on shipping time, please make sure you consider the time I shipped the item from the time the payment was cleared and not on how many days it takes to get to you once it left my hands.  Ebay states on the bottom of all auctions that sellers cannot be responsible for transit time once it leaves our hands.  I do not work for the shipping company and have no control on their transit time, so please do not rate me for their performance.  Also be aware that I usually offer two shipping options.  If you pick Parcel Post, that is the slower option opposed to Priority Mail and you are choosing savings over transit time.

Again, I do not work for the shipping companies and I have no control over their shipping rates.  On single auctions, I may have to add a $.01-$1.00 handling fee which only covers a fraction of my fees & expenses.  I have expenses for supplies, listing and final value fees and PayPal also takes out a minimum on my incoming payments.  So I never rip off anyone on shipping or include any "profits" as some sellers do!  NO handling fees on combined shipments!
