Our rod components come directly from Pacific Bay, which has been in business for over 25 years.  Eliminator Jr. roller guides are used on all Bigbite Offshore trolling rods.  Their Teflon coated, stainless steel bearings reduce friction, and the aluminum side plates are stronger than the plastic side plates often seen on our competitor?s rods.  We utilize roller guides on all of our rods because of their superiority to traditional guides.  It is a proven fact that roller guides can make your monofilament fishing line last up to 30 times longer!   At the end of the rod it is topped with a swivel tip from ALPS.  This ensures your line will stay in line with the guides and tight on your catch.  Lastly, every Bigbite Offshore rod uses aluminum reel seats and aluminum gimbaled butts.
