The bite the past 4 to 5 days has been on fire. We have had days with 50 to 60 bites a day. You can pick up your favorite bait and just go as long as it is fished slow and steady. Friday was our best day this week for really big fish. Our best 5 was in the low 30's. Every fish that was caught was in 4 feet or less and some you couldn't get shallow enough. The fish really ate ahead of the cool front we had. Saturday was a different story and you had to work a lot harder for your bites as even the pros found.

We have been catching the majority of fish on soft plastics and we have literally caught fish on everything we have fished. Taking your time and working an area when you get bit is huge right now. 80% of the time when you get a bite there are several more lying around. The biggest key is finding where that big wave of fish is moving in on and they will be there for a few days and the next day it may be 100 yards away.

I have the 20th, the morning of the 21st, 22nd, 27th of this month open and for May I have the 1st, 3rd, 7th,8th,9th,10th, The morning of the 12th, 27th,28th,29th, and 30th open if anyone wants to get in on the ledge bite.

Good luck out there.
