The water temp is starting to cool down some with the cool nights that have been around and the fish are starting to get more active. Some fish have finally moved in the mats and are biting a frog but flipping is the best way to go for us. Things should continue to get better and better and believe me, it is way over due. Small creature baits are working best with a 1oz. Weight.

There are several mats that are starting to turn on and the frog bite should be wide open before long. Top water such as buzzbaits and horny toads should really start picking up along with a spinnerbait and a swimbait as the fall feed starts to get under way.

I have some days available if anyone wants to go.
