Red Tide This is the recent red tied we had in Cocoa Beach Florida. It's a strange time of year to have red tide (December 07-Jan 08) but we had a very late summer in 2007. This video is of mullet, dead in the tide line. The trail of dead fish goes beyond as far as the eye could see. I would estimate thousands maybe even hundreds of thousands of dead mullet ranging from 6 inches to over a foot and a half long. I can only imagine how the loss of these mullet will impact the fishing south of Cocoa. Views: 218 Rating:
