Station Galveston Vessel Boarding GALVESTON, Texas - Crewmembers from Station Galveston conduct a safety and security boarding of a shrimp boat operating in Galveston Bay, July 18, 2007. The crew was conducting the boarding in heavy seas, making it difficult for them to get on board the fishing vessel. The station conducts boardings of fishing vessels in the Gulf of Mexico, checking to make sure they have all safety equipment onboard. Big Speck 2003. Now, this video was shot on July 13th 2007. Same fishing spot, but a different time of day. We catch another trout, this one right under 9 lbs. Both times we have not been in the tournament and both times we would have won. The grand prize? A 25 foot Triton boat. A 30000$ boat. All we can do is smile and laugh about it, and keep repeating what we said back in 2003.
