Gloucester MA, May 7th Candy House first fish of the year 2009 Gloucester MA, May 7th Candy House; First fish of the year on a cheating storm shad. Fished of the reservation at the candy house but up till then Crane's had no fish! Hey the water was 48-49f & it was May 7th so no fish were feeding on top or at Crane's; I had to cheat! 16inch shoolie but thats the start to this year & Porter B did not catch the first fish this year most likly because of lack of skill & the bait shop where he buys clams was closed. The photos were take'n by myself, Shelley Nugent, Skipper Darren Hart, and a crew member. I heard this song while on this trip fish'n with Darren, it inspired this video. The crew is gillnet fishing off the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts. I never tire of watching this, it's beautiful. I spent a week working on this, trying to fiqure out programs and software.
