Corruption in the idaho fish and game? My brother is 23 years old. He has a wife, a 2 year old daughter, and a 2 month old son. He loves his family very much. With the economy the way it is right now he has found it hard "living in a small town" to find work. He is struggling to pay his rent,buying food, and buying diapers for his babies. 3 weeks ago a man came up to him and tolled my brother that he would give him $500.00 dollars just to show him around the mountain area. Being desperate and wanting to take care of his family, he excepted the offer. This guy turned out to be an undercover fish and game officer. This guy acting like an out of state hunter, came into my brothers house, cooked him and his family dinner "in their kitchen", played with bryans kids, and acted like he was bryans best friend. Although when the guy gave him a receipt affter he was done it said, for fire wood, not for being a guide. The undercover fish and game officer and my brother took the leagal deer to my parents house, that the undercover fish and game officer had killed. The undercover fish and game officer told my dad that he only wanted the leg and asked my dad if he could leave the rest here. My dad had said ok and the fish and game officer gave my dad a proxy statement then he went home. That same night my dad had just shot a buck and was dressing it. When they came and arrested my brother they took my dads buck for evidence even though my dad had a tag on his meet. My dad was very upset about this and they never did give my dad back his buck meet. Now the department of fish and game may be giving my dad a citation for accepting a little deer meat from the undercover fish and game agent.It was the day before Halloween that my brother had been arrested by the Idaho fish and game department. They were charging him with killing a moose out of season, waisting a moose, and not having a guide lisence. My brother did not kill a moose! Two hours before they arrested my brother the tolled my mother that they couldn't find the moose and that it was all a hear say ivestigation. Then they come back 2 hours later and arrest my brother saying that they found a moose. As far as my family and I are concerned they don't have any evidence. It's all just word of mouth.It is amazing that the Idaho fish and game can set people up just so they can send some one to jail!! The fish and game are given way to much power over the people. My brother is looking at 20 years in prison for killing an animal!! If he gets charged with these charges, he will be missing out on his childrens whole child hood. That is very sad and extremely upsetting!They said that they didn't even have to read him his rights!! They said that he had No rights! Thats not America! If anyone has any advice for my brother please comment to this video. If you believe in the constitution and that we all have rights, please feel free to get involved. Write to the congress, write to the idaho fish and game department, the prosecuting attorney for adams county idaho, or even just talking to people and letting them know what happend to my brother. My brother was or'd and released then arrested again by washington county who is charging him with killing an elk and waisting it's meat. As far as i know he had a bow tag for it and it was in season. The judge whose name is frattes is very prejudice against my brother. I really do not think he will get a fair hearing at all. He is in the process of looking for a lawyer that deals with fish and game issues.Thankyou for taking the time to watch this video and listening to our situation. God bless you and many thatnk.
