Global Winnipeg - Drowning at Hydro dam - 08 19 08 The arrival of hot summer weather has drawn countless Manitobans to shorelines and waterways around the province. But a fishing trip along a river in eastern Manitoba led to tragedy today when a 22 year old man fell in the water and never surfaced.
