Redfishing with DAD! Definitely worth getting up early & skulking out of Orlando to Mosquito Lagoon & the Indian River (the Red Fish capital of the world :) Extremely muggy, and by 9:00 the sun was scorching, but icy cheerwine & a plunge into the ocean at the Canaveral National Seashore kept us cool :) Wildlife sightings included: Alligators, big ones, tigerfish, weakfish, mullets, crabs (horseshoe & hermit), stingrays, redfish, as well as vultures, ospreys, and one very hungry porpoise. ...
