Hard to believe we were the only Striper boat out of A.H. today...14 customers in the harbor to bass fish on such a beautifull day!! 3rd day in a row of not too shabby fishing. Stayed on 1 drop all day. Caught slack and the start of the ebb in the ocean, never read a thing, no bait, not a scratch of fish. Anchored up on some bottom and starting chumming, had the first fish on in 3 minutes..Maybe all the prayer for some devine intervention paid off!

Had a nice pick of fish from 18 to 27 inches with 9 keepers up to 31 inches. Current ran hard for 3 hours, fish laid way back of the boat, stopped chumming for 20 minutes to see if we could draw the fish closer to the boat and it worked. Had several nice shots at em'. Lew Ciafatti had the hot had today boating 14 fish, 3 which were keepers. Two huge schools of bunker in the bay on the way out...any day for the bigger fish. Had the same senerio last season..the tiny fish, the fish that went 24 to 27's then BAM, there they were! Capt.Ron www.captainronsfishermen.com
