Finally!! The one's I've been waiting for! Started the morning out with a few drifts, first 2 fish a 34 and 32 incher, couple more smaller fish then it died. Searched around for some readings off the Highlands, found some nice marks and anchored up. Still had some incoming, picked away at the 26's and 27's with an occasional keeper. Slack tide the fishing broke open..several in the 32 to 35 inch range with the biggest going 41 inches 25 pounds. Lew Morton, Saylorsburg, PA had that one plus another 35 inch 19 pounder. Gene (the bagel guy) Komorows, Tom Krako both had thier limit on fish over 31 inches. Al Groff, Chapman PA, also had 2 beauties. (Don't think I've ever seen a happier man after landing his second fish.) Bite only lasted 45 minutes into the tide, but it was a blast while it was on!! We are Chartered this Saturday AM and next Thursday AM Trips....Capt.Ron
