Ran a double yesterday, got home way too late to post a report. The morning bite (Friday) was O.K., actually 95% of the action happened on the last of the tide, then it was a stroke with the wind against, the rest of the day. Still managed 3 fish over 5 pounds, with a pool fish of 7 1/2 caught by Tom Krako/Atlantic Highlands. Sean Macwilliams,Pecular Missouri landed 2 beauties at 5.8 and 5.2 pounds. The afternoon bluefish trip we found a very good bite down the beach, left them biting when it was time to leave. Fish from 5 to 8 pounds with the pool fish going 11, caught by Stew Silverman.....Today was horrible!! Still had some good outgoing water for awhile, problem was, the temp went from 70 yesterday to 63 today!!! Wind against certainly didn't help either...nice day on the water though (if that's any consolation).! Capt.ron
