Excellant fishing today! Had to wait for the change of tide to get a decent drift, picked at some smaller fish through slack, once the tide started to run, the bite was on! Nice long drifts, just like it should be. Had several customers with limits including, Steve Hanstein, Scott Ure, Jerry Sarapochiello (who also had the pool fish 6.6 pounds) Scott Scudieri, and Capt.Ron Sr., for the second day in a row. Capt.Frank has the boat out this afternoon....maybe there's a Bass or two left??? On another note, last week there was a post about tipping, didn't want to throw my 2 cents in untill now. Had a customer yesterday who limited out, heared from another customer that the crew didn't recieve a cent. Asked the crew about it and was told, he never tips anytime....I have some of the best guys in the business on deck, they bend over backwards for the customers, have great personalities and are not afraid of hard work....Really pisses me off when they get stiffed! Yes, they get paid for the job, but there's more to it than that...appreciation for services rendered is a given in this business. If you sit on you A@*& you should get nothing! If my guys sit on there *@$, they get fired! Capt.Ron
