Captain Ron Santee reports:

Started the morning off with a pick of keepers and slots...didn't last long for whatever reason. Made two drops then left the area. Read some life at Romar...never had a bite....Headed west, for the bait life, bounced around catching a few smaller fish here and their. 3 more keepers in the shallows... Tough to keep the bass in the clams when they are chasing after the herring....water temp at one point was 54 degress....plenty of fish around, just have to wait them out....sailing Friday, Saturday afternoons 5 till 10pm and Sunday afternoon 3:30 till 9pm.....capt.ron
