Much better action today. After the past week, fishing is looking like it will get better. Still, way too many shorts with keepers mixed in. High hook had 7, many guys had none to go home with. Battled the current all day with 10's and a 1.9knt tide. Pool fish was caught by Andy Wise, Howell, N.J. a very nice 7 1/2 pounder. Bluefishing yesterday afternoon with Capt.Frank ended with very good fishing. The start of the afternoon was a pick, once the sun started to go down, the bite was on! Fish from 6 to 12 pounds with a 14 pound pool winner...Last shot at the Fluke, only 14 trips left!!! Capt.Ron
