Captain Ron Santee reports:

The call for 35 knots out of the NE' never came as predicted yesterday..it did blow maybe 20 at times, no problem for us to fish in that...First drop in shallow water didn't produce a fish..water was way to dirty, worked further to the west on the shoals and had a nice pick right up till the change of tide...Lots of bluefish in the area along with plenty of bunker. Ended up with 15 nice keepers, a bunch of slots and Blues.......We do have clams for the next few days, didn't think we would, but I lucked out...Yesterday afternoons trip never got going, only had 4 keepers and some short fish that had to go back....capt.ron
