Captain Ron Santee reports:

Started out the morning in the back bay, the first drop read 2 nice marks of fish....got pumped up thinking this was it! Especially after the lousy weather. After 20 minutes without a bite..I knew we were in trouble! Made several more drops, didn't find much bait, when we did...no fish in it....left the area to fish some snags, the beach was way to nasty so that was out.Ended up catching a little bite right at slack into the incoming. Once the tide started to run hard, that was it....6 keepers and a handfull of slots....actually better than I expected...A few days, things should be back to normal....capt.ron
