Last night may have been the NetKeeper's last night eeling trip of the season. Slow night (3 fish in total) but we finished with some quality Stripers, 38", 36" and released a short. Great night out on the water before blow.

Not sure if it was the Nice Weather, Moon, the blow, or the bait and just fish moved out that ended our Striper roll. Maybe I jinxed us by asking them to leave the bananas home this week. By days end the Charter managed to box 2 Blues, 12 keeper Blackfish to 6lbs and released over two dozen toy tog. A few short bass were released and the Spiny Dogfish were a pain.

NETKEEPER Thanksgiving Day 6man Striper Limit & Blackfish to 10lbs by Alan Beneroff (11/27/2009)
Held a Thanksgiving Day Open Boat Fishing Trip from 6am to 12:30pm. The guys got their six man limit within 30 minutes of finding the birds. Togging was slow with only 5 keepers being landed but 3 quality fish went from 5lbs to 10lbs. Great fall striper fishing underway
