I have to give a high five to Everrett Denning. For those of you who don't know him, he is the webmaster of Nauticalnet.com. Everett pulled a sneak attack on me yesterday, he fished in the bow, won the pool and never mentioned once who he was, I'm an advertiser on his sight and have been posting there for 3 years. I have never met the man. Guess he was making sure my reports were on target! Everett, didn't you say you were a doctor getting off the boat?? Todays report is not so funny!! Couldn't wait to hit the beach, drift, catch'em like yesterday. First drop, a bite, next two drops nothing..plan A went out the window. Plan B, Anchored up on some readings, slack tide, caught a handfull of fish...think I'd still be waiting for the tide if I stayed there! High water was 8:00am today, at 10:30 we were going in circles on the anchor! Caught a few blues, another odd fish, left the area. Made a drop to the North, came back on the Anchor and had 3 fish on right away. Thought I pulled out the rabbit again..no such luck, not another bite! 2 more drops, 1 more keeper, 1 short and 1 missed bluefish....not a happy Captain!!! Capt.Ron
