Went back to yesterdays drop just in time to catch the start of the incoming, read fish, anchored up...not a bite!! Made a little wiggle, read them again..not a bite, started to get pissed! Tried for the 3rd times a charm, that didn't work so we got the hell outta there! Took a 20 minute ride down the beach, fished some bottom and had very good fishing the rest of the day. Several guys with 2 keepers, a couple with 3 keepers. Nice action and quality fish to 34 inches. A few Blues, but they weren't a problem. Ended the day with 29 keepers, many 25 to 27 inchers going back. Randy Halat/Wayne N.J. had the pool fish at 34 inches 22 1/2 pounds...We are Charted this Friday's Afternoon trip and Tuesday the 15th, morning trip...capt.ron
