Once again, the fishing yesterday afternoon was much better than the day bite. Capt.Frank fished in the back bay again, spoke to guys who caught squat there in the AM. For 3 days it's been an afternoon bite back there. Very nice size fish with last nights pool winner coming in at 23 1/2 pounds....Today found better fishing in the morning, much smaller fish though, with more shorts than keepers. Had an o.k. pick till 10:am. Made a move and started the same thing. Bounced around a few more drops and ended the day with a high hook of 3 keepers, the pool fish at 36 inches 16 pounds, 16 keepers and a couple of blues....Chartered this Saturday's morning trip.
