Was a little worried this morning about the bite, only had 2 hours of the outgoing, slack then the change of tide. Got anchored up and had fish on right away, mostly smaller fish 26-27's with an odd keeper mixed in. Got surrounded by boats and that was it. Went off to be the scout again! Took a 30 minute ride too deep water, and no traffic. Found some life, anchored up, started catching the slots again. Once the current started to run the bigger fish took over! Had some of the biggest fish of the season on a very nice bite. Got surrounded again by the followers..guys actually ran right up the side of the boat over our lines..not giving a crap about what we were doing. Hard to beleave with all the money invested in some of these boats, these guys can't read a fish finder!! Anyway..Bear Thompson, West Milford N.J. broke the 30lb mark with a beautifull 32 pounder. Brian Saylor, Easton, PA had an 18 and 23 for his limit. Rocco Farina boated a 22 1/2. Jerry Cooney and Son Jackson caught thier limit also. Jerry is more of a Golfer, as noticed by his casting abilities!!! He still enjoyed watching his son catch 4 very nice fish...Just heard from Capt.Frank and he is into them again!! Capt.Ron
