Weatherman yanked us again today!! SW 25 knots!! BS...had a little shot of rain in the morning that was it. A little roll to start the morning off, with the last of the outgoing, once the tide changed it was perfect. A little fast on the drift, but with the handfull of customers we had, it wasn't a problem. Got the lead out and had decent fishing. Dad and myself had 16 keepers between us. 1st day I got to fish all season, thought I lost my touch, but it's like riding a bike, you never forget!! Bluefishing last night was excellant for Capt.Frank. Nice crowd aboard, some first time youngsters including Ralph from Slaters deli's grandson and family. Great way to break the kid in landing 5 of those big blues....Praying for a miracle that some Weakfish show up for Sept..haven't figured out a game plan yet if they don't..taking it day to day. Capt.Ron
