The April showers thing has come into play the past few days. We had 5 inches of rain here in Monmouth county, the rest of the State faired much worse. Several towns have been flooded by the overflowing rivers. All this water will eventually make it to the bay and put an even further burden on the fishing. Were hopeing by the weekend, after a few good tide changes, that things start to clear up and we can get back to fishing. All the things we need are in place for the bite to happen, plenty of bait has moved in, water temp is slowly starting to rise, with that, the bigger fish should show any day....I'll keep you posted!
