Weatherman took his toll on the customers today, the ones who did show were well rewarded!! Fished locally, the morning started out terrible, made 3 drops and not a bite, looked down the beach almost to the rocks, read some life, a few small fish to start out. Bite didn't happen till the change of tide, then it was non-stop for an hour and a half! Fish up to 25 pounds with plenty of small ones mixed in. Mitch Jevic, Hillsboror once again had the pool fish at 25 pounds, 43 inches. Rick and Fred Bona, Boonton, N.J. used thier bonus cards to catch 6 keepers. A youngster Max Soprano, Monmouth Beach, N.J. also had 3 keepers with a bonus card, his largest 16 pounds!

Most of todays fish were long lean males.
