Cold Weather In North Texas Has bass Biting Good (4/14/2007)
[Lake Ray Roberts,TX] We started this week with windy cold weather in north Texas and we ended this week with windy cold weather in north Texas. Water temperature was 57 degrees monday morning after the cold weather easter weekend. That is 13 degrees colder than it was thursday last week. Lake Ray Roberts is still down 6 feet from normal level and rising slowly from last nights rain. Some bass could still be caught in shallow grass this week but the drop in temperature slowed the bass fishing down considerably.

[Lake Ray Roberts,TX] Fishing for white bass on the main lake on Sunday the water temperature was 41 degrees. The only fishing I did all week due to the weather was on Sunday. From noon to 3:00 I had a couple of iffy bites and looked at a lot of structure spots finding fish laying right on the bottom most places and not active.

[Lake Ray Roberts,TX] Cold water White bass fishing on Lake Ray Roberts. Water temperature was 42 degrees on the main lake. In water this cold all my trips are for white bass only. Today we caught 68 sand bass (white bass) and the average size was very good.

White Bass Fishing Is Good On Lake Ray Roberts (1/13/2007)
[Lake Ray Roberts,TX] White bass fishing good this week on Lake Ray Roberts. White bass fishing on Lake Ray Roberts was good this week. The lake level is still down 8ft but as I write this report we are getting rain and the lake is rising. We need to thank Texas Parks and Wildlife folks for having the silt removed from the Jordan Park ramp this week so that all the ramps are in good shape for launching.

Good Winter White Bass Fishing On Lake Lay Roberts (1/06/2007)
[Lake Ray Roberts,TX] Good winter time fishing on Lake Ray Roberts. We are catching lots of fish every trip. Another year has passed by and as of today I am another year older and wiser so you can expect my reports to get better in 2007. White bass fishing was good this week with the exception of tuesday on Lake Ray Roberts. Tuesday was as tough as it gets winter fishing for Lake Ray Roberts sand bass.
