Sandy Hook, New Jersey - Saltwater Fishing Report

Couldn't tell there was a gas problem today...can't remember that many boats out in a long time, even when things where good!! Had a Charter with a boat load of non-fishermen. Still managed a nice catch of fish with a 6.9 pound pool winner. Fished mostly the ocean as the morning conditions were crap for the reach. Ended the day back there after the change of tide. Beautifull day on the water. Capt.Frank is out this afternoon, so far they are jigging blues up to 10 pounds. A couple bass have been caught in the area, so he's still searching....capt.ron
