This week was great in the beginning before the deep freeze set in. Got out Monday fished from 10-3 and the big fish were biting. We landed 7 fish with the best 5 weighing 30 lbs. We had 3 fish over 6 lbs and 2 fish over 5 lbs. All fish were caught in 7-12ft on outside edges and drops with Choo Choo jigs and jerkbaits. When this cold snap passes the fishing should get back to what it was. I have days open and am booking for the spring months.
