Fishing Report, Lake Guntersville 5/23/20
We have for sure normalized into the typical May/June type fishing the bass are locating in typical areas for this time of year and catching is good; sure there is always some down time but we managed some good days with plenty of bites to entertain everyone in the boat.
Some of the best news was you could pick up your favorite bait and find fish, get bites, and catch fish regardless of the bait. We focused on SPRO Little John 60 crank baits. Picasso Spinner baits, Missile bait 48 stick baits, Tight-Line swim jigs, and some top water spooks to get bites, all worked, and your favorite baits will also.
