<p> Lures of choice include Rhys Davis teasers for whole or strip baits in green/chartreuse or clear green scale, Coyotes in watermelon or green/white, or the green spackleback hoochie.
Ling and rockfish jigging is good at Thrasher Rock. Large green jigs fished in 65 to 100 feet of water is the best method.
Prawning is still slow due to the recently closed commercial fishery.
