Mosquito Lagoon/Indian River Lagoon
The fishing has been on fire in the Mosquito Lagoon and Indian River. We are averaging 13-17 redfish per day and a whole bunch of trout! The fish are all over the MirrODine 17 MR. They can't let it pass by their nose. Cut bait has also worked well. August, September and Octber are great months. I am booked out for August and have 14 booked for September. Now is the time to call. Wendy Tumlin and Angie Leason had the big fish this past week. I will let the photos tell the story. The ladies did an awesome job fighting their fish! What a great fishery we have!
