
The fishing this week has been great for quality and slow for numbers. The rains really muddied up the most the areas but some are still fishable. All week the best producer was Choo Choo jigs fished in deeper water (8-14ft) near grass edges. The bites were subtle but worth the effort with 2 over 5 lbs, 2 over 6 lbs, and one over 7. The fishing should get better as the lake clears up. Another good producer was the crankbait along grass edges. I am booking up for the spring months.
