Today was a day we live for on the water. With the Seward Jackpot Halibut Tournament, that we won, behind us and the season opener for Ling-Cod we went out and fished for everything in our waters.

Several nice Halibut were caught with the largest pushing 90 lbs. Everyone on the boat caught several Lings with each angler keeping one. The largest tipped the scales at 51 lbs.

We finished the day at one of our favorite early season Silver Salmon spots and although the fishing was slow we managed a limit of 18 very nice Silvers. Nothing like ocean fresh Silver (Coho) Salmon on the end of your line fighting and doing arials! We are happy the Silvers are showing up in good numbers and we are finally able to keep some of the nice Ling Cod we have been catching all summer.
