<p>New Year's Eve Redfish Mania!

Today's trip was a regular inshore bull redfish trip and if you don't mind me bragging, we CRUSHED THEM today!

What a great way to end the year with fantastic clients and MONSTER REDFISH!

I had an awesome 6 hr trip today with a crew from Missouri. They came to Pensacola to camp at Ft. Pickens, do some fishing, and bring in the New Year at Pensacola Beach. They had been reading my post about the big reds and how much fun we've been having the past two months, and they figured the best way to end the year on a high note was to get out on the Mega-bite and go after them.

It was a trip to remember for sure, we laughed and maybe even cried a little from our arms being so sore, but when you moan and groan because you're worn-out from catching reds, you know it was a good trip. We boated somewhere around 35 reds; I truly lost count. I will probably be hearing drags screaming in my dreams tonight, and I'm positive my clients will.

I hope 2013 fishing is just as good as it was for 2012.

I wish everyone a Happy New Year and Good Fishing.

John
