First trip of the year for Peacock Bass. Fished with live bait and artificals. Fished Lake Ida and the canals south.The Clown Knife fish up to 3ft.where hitting the live bait as fast as we could rebait for the frist two hours.Hunters Run canal had good action on live bait caught 6 Peacocks up to 24" and a 6.5lb.Largemouth along with several small bass. There was alot of floating vegation making hard to troll artificals.
Did have some action on Buzz Baits and Toads later in the day
